Description The ionograms recorded by the Bac Lieu ionosonde with a temporal resolution of 5 minutes were manually scaled to get the virtual heights at plasma frequencies ranging between 2.5 MHz and 6.0 MHz. The rate of TEC index (ROTI) data was assimilated from the grid ROTI map provided by the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) database of the Institute for Space-Earth Environmental Research, Nagoya University (https://stdb2.isee.nagoya-u.ac.jp/GPS/GPS-TEC/) and the ROTI data calculated with the GNSS Total electron content from the Ionospheric observational network for irregularity and scintillation in East/Southeast Asia (IONISE), the International GNSS Service (IGS) Working Group on ionosphere and the Crustal Movement Observation Network of China (CMONOC). The mesospheric wind velocity data was measured by the Fuke meteor radar. The doppler velocity data were measured by the LARID west and east beams, the MIOS and Chumphon VHF radar northward beams.
