Description The NECP data can be found at https://acd-ext.gsfc.nasa.gov/. The parameters include polar temperature, zonal wind, Z1 and Z2 amplitude. The NECP data are saved as the .txt format.
The ICON_IVM, ICON_MIGHTI, ICON_HME data are available at the website of https://cdaweb.gsfc.nasa.gov/pub/data/icon/. The parameters in ICON_IVM include mainly the vertical plasma drift (Vmerid), field-aligned plasma drift (Vpara),RPA_Flag, DM_Flag, Long, Lat, Mlat, SLT, Orbit_Number. The parameters in ICON_IVM include mainly zonal wind (Wind_z), meridional wind (Wind_m), Wind_Quality, Long, Lat, Mlat, SLT, Orbit_Number.The parameters in ICON_HME include mainly amplitude and phase of the semidiurnal tides. The ICON_IVM, ICON_MIGHTI,ICON_HME data are saved as the .NC format.
The Jicamarca ISR data can be obtained in CEDAR Madrigal Database (http://cedar.openmadrigal.org/). The parameters include mainly the averaged vertical plasma drift (VIPNm), local time (LT), day, month, year. The ISR data are saved as the .mat format.
The EEJ folder includes the equatorial electrojet (dH) data driven from the Jic and Piu magnetometer data, which are requested from the LISN network (http://lisn.igp.gob.pe/jdata/database/). The magnetometer data are saved as the .mat format.
The codes are also provided to obtain the Figures. The subroutine, ReadDrift2011.m, is used to calculate the equatorial plasma drifts in the descending orbits of ICON observations in November 2020. This is the case for ReadDrift2102.m, ReadDrift2201.m, ReadDriftSSW.m, but for the equatorial observations in February 2021, January 2022, and SSW period (December 2020 to January 2021). The codes, ReadWind2011.m, ReadWind2102.m, ReadWind2201.m, and ReadWindSSW.m, are similar to ReadDrift2011.m, but for the neutral winds at 250 km altitudes in the magnetic latitudes of 13N.
